Medieval Combat Group is a member of the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association, and an affiliate member HEMA Ireland.
The BMABA is an independent martial arts association that regulates, develops and promotes grass roots martial arts throughout the UK, covering multiple disciplines and styles.
HEMA Ireland is an independent non-profit representative organisation, the function of which is to support it’s members in the study and development of Historical European Martial Arts on the island of Ireland.

Faits D’Armes is one of our regular equipment suppliers, with whom MCG students enjoy a discount. They’re especially good for smaller sized masks and mask linings, but well worth a look for everything else!
The Knight Shop/HEMA Shop is another of our regular equipment suppliers, particularly for Red Dragon synthetics.
Other Groups & Clubs
We wanted to give a little space here to Esfinges. Not a specific training group or class, Esfinges are the first female international HEMA network, created to unite and support women martial artists, as well as to encourage more women to take up the practice of Historical European Martial Arts.
